Zachary D. Bombatch

Zack is a Grove City native and Grove City High School graduate.  He is a cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh College of Business Administration.  Immediately following his graduation from Pitt Business, Zack concurrently pursued his law degree and Master of Business Administration at Duquesne University.  He obtained his M.B.A., with honors, focusing on finance and human resources management.  In law school, he served as the president of the Appellate Moot Court team and Editor-in-Chief of the Duquesne Business Law Journal.  Zack was inducted into the Order of Barristers, a national honorary organization for law school graduates demonstrating exceptional skill in oral advocacy and legal writing.

Zack is a trusted advisor and zealous advocate.  He has experience with issues such as compensation, worker classification, anti-discrimination efforts, employment contracts, and medical marijuana use, and any disputes arising from such issues.  

He has worked with a broad array of clients in a multitude of industries including home healthcare providers, health systems, medical professionals, trucking companies, logistics companies, commercial and residential contractors, institutions of higher education, energy exploration and production companies, public utilities, municipalities, municipal authorities, planning commissions, homeowner associations, and individuals.  Whether providing legal advice or advocating in court, Zack strives to find the most practical solutions for his clients.

Zack serves on the advisory committee to DisruptHR Pittsburgh.  He is a member of and frequent speaker to the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association.  He is a highly sought after speaker and regularly presents on leading topics in the law throughout the region including interviews with CBS News and The Washington Post.  He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Mercer County Bar Association. 

Zack returned to his hometown in 2021 after spending several years in the Pittsburgh metro area.  After working for nearly a decade at a national law firm, he opened his solo practice in 2023 headquartered in Grove City.  He and his wife, Chelsea, a fellow Grove City native, live in Grove City with their two children and dachshund.  His hobbies include maintaining and restoring their historic home, traveling, and outdoor recreation.
