Vincent opened his own practice in Erie County in 2000, handling cases involving minor traffic offenses, domestic relations matters, civil disputes and major crimes. He was awarded one of only three contracts with the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County to handle Homicide Defense cases as an independent contractor for the Public Defender’s Office. In private practice, Vincent handled trial/litigation matters all over the state of Pennsylvania where he continued to win cases regularly. When Vincent left Erie County, he had earned a reputation as being one of Erie County’s top three trial attorneys.
